The 2013 Sanrio Chracter Ranking ( 2013キャラクター大賞 ,2013 kyarakutā taishō) is the twenty-eighth Sanrio Character Ranking held by the Japanese company Sanrio. It was held in 2013 and was followed by the 29th Sanrio Character Ranking the following year in 2014.

The 2013 ranking was unique in that each character had their own goal for reaching a certain rank, with each goal being possible when that rank was met.

14	Maimai	If he reaches top 10, 10 people will receive a Christmas card from Maimai!
15	Badtz-Maru	If he reaches top 10, a king-sized bed will be made for him!
16	Patty & Jimmy	If they reach top 10, they will be manager of the Gift Gate while wearing Gothic Lolita!
17	Sugarbunnies	If they reach top 10, their homemade cakes will be delivered!
