Cherry Town is the main location of Hello Kitty Super Style! and is the residence of the main characters.
Geology[]
Cherry Town seems to be made up of 3 semi-islands connected by bridges, one is a central, one features some houses and a pop-up stage, and one is the outskirts, home to the woods and the Penguinese Temples.
Main Buildings and Places[]
Some notable buildings and places include, the previously named stage, Nori's Food Truck, the Museum, the Town Hall, and the Stadium. Each place is very popular in the town, as the stadium is used for big sports games and Nori's Food Truck is known for its delicious food, more specifically its smoothies and cupcakes, along with other desserts. The stage that occasionally appears is known for big stage shows and singing competitions, and the Museum is known for its big collection of things from the Pengiunese Temples. The town also has a lighthouse and a beach.
Cherry Town Times[]
The title of the Cherry Town Times is a play on The New York Times and is the town's local newspaper. Rio is a photographer for the newspaper, and Pinky is a reporter. You shall take Pinky's Column with a grain of salt though, as it said to have information that could make someone confused or jump to conclusions because it was written by Pinky herself. The information written can also be vastly different from the picture provided in the column.
Penguinese History[]
The Penguinese seem to be a penguin civilization that used to roam Cherry Town. They have a tally mark-like writing system made up of penguin feet, and they do have an arts culture, including statues, pots and bracelets, possibly using the jewels Haroshee found in the episode Treasure Hunters. They were also smart due to them knowing how to make booby traps and puzzles. They also have the Penginese Games, which we learn about in the episode Let The Games Begin! It was celebrated on the birthday of King Flightless. The games include Penguin Polo, Penguinese Fish Tossing, Penguinese Waddle Racing, Penginese Nest Flying, (which was done by balancing a wooden fish on your head) and finally (Squawk!) Light! (Squawk!) Light, where you stop at the red light and go at the green light. The winner would get a trophy and a slice of cake.
Penguinese Legends & Myths[]
The first legend we learn about is the myth about the Crown of King Flightless in the episode Treasure Hunters, where if you take the crown off of his statue, you are trapped in the tomb. The crown also has the ability to make the wearer be able to make anybody do what they say which we see happen in the episode King Badtz Rules. There are also mysterious charm bracelets that can make you fly, sing, become invisible, along with a bracelet that makes the person with the matching bracelet do whatever they do which was shown in the episode The Charmed Bracelet. Another myth includes a Key that leads to a door, that contains a treasure that is a giant heart showing the friendship between those who unlocked it, and if you force the key in it will make a giant storm, which was shown in the episode Key To A Legend. 2 legends that were mentioned in the pitch include spilling water on the Penguinese sundial making the day loop over and over, along with saying Penguin backwards 3 times making it opposite day for a full day.
