Chiffon (シフォン Shifon) is a Sanrio character and a member of the Cinnamoroll universe. She is a part of the idol group Cinnamoangels alongside Mocha and Azuki, and is one of Cinnamoroll's friends.
Chiffon is an athletic, tomboyish, energetic mood-maker dog who's inattentive to little details. She loves sports and can come up with games for her friends on the spot. Her charm point is her fluffy ears that look similar to a chiffon cake (hence her name), which also happens to be her favorite food. Her weaknesses are studying and staying still. She celebrates her birthday on January 14. Chiffon's dream is to win a gold medal at the Olympic Games, explaining her athleticism.

- Chiffon's voice actress also voices her friend Milk.
- She is known to be a very fast runner, as some official media shows Chiffon comically outrunning her friends in a manner similar to Sonic the Hedgehog, Sega's mascot (she also shares his dislike of standing still). In Sanrio's short web series on YouTube and TikTok, she is almost always seen running.
Chiffon heroically protecting Cinnamoroll from the dangers of cyberbulling in the infamous 2015 Twitter post
- Chiffon proved important in a notorious case of Cinnamroll's official Twitter account being bombarded by internet trolls in 2015, with users making threats and other abusive comments in the replies. During this time, Cinnamon's friends posted on the account in an effort to protect him from the cyberbulling, the most popular post being from herself, saying "Morning! Cinnamon doesn't want to come all the way out this morning, so I've come out instead. I will protect Cinnamon, so I hope all his friends will look after him too." In response, Sanrio blocked all the culprits.
- Chiffon's Japanese voice actor, Ikue Otani, is famously known for voicing Pikachu of Nintendo's Pokémon franchise, its mascot.
- Some fans have believed Chiffon to be Cinnamoroll's girlfriend. However, this is not confirmed by Sanrio.
- At the end of the "The Floating Skater" episode of Let's Roll, Cinnamoroll, Chiffon can be seen teaching Berry of Lloromannic how to skate on ice.
