Chip is a white seal character from the Japanese company Sanrio. He appears in the animated television series Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater in protagonist and secondary roles, as well as other Hello Kitty OVAs.
Chip is often light blue in colour, but Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater changes his colour to white.

- Chip had a completely different look in Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater, being white with a red and yellow stripy shirt and no hat, when he would originally be light blue with a white muzzle, pink feet, and a pink hat. The reason His color changed to white, might be because the original colors look similar to Moosel from Disney’s Wuzzles.
