Chippy is a cheerful and mischievous mouse boy born in Holland who loves music and sweets. His favorite food is cheese biscuits. His tail changes shape depending on his mood. Often singing, dancing, or laughing, he is always busy. Chippy Mouse is good friends with his three siblings; Goo, Pat, and Choki, who live next door.
