Ciel (シエル Shieru) is a rainbow fairy from the Wish me mell universe, who watches over Merci Hills. She takes care of all of Merci Hill's residents so that they can find their dreams and positively contribute to the world. Ciel lives in a pink fairy tree with rainbow colored leaves. It is rumored that finding a fallen rainbow leaf will give you good luck.[1]
