Cogimyun (こぎみゅん, Kogimyun) is character who debuted in 2015. She is a Cogimūna (コギムーナ), a wheat flour fairy. She is a very fragile character and falls apart at the lightest touch. She lives at the Cogimu Apartments with her grandfather, her little brother Cogimyon, and pet fried shrimp named Ebifurai, nicknamed Ebi-chan.[2] She attends Comugiko Nursery School (コムギコ保育園), where newborn Cogimūna go to become full-fledged cooks.[3] She wants to become an onigiri because that is her grandfather's favorite food.[4] However, she doesn't know what an onigiri is. [2]
Her little brother, Cogimyon (こぎみょん) was introduced in 2021. He came to life when her tears fell on a ball of wheat clay.[5]
Short Anime[]
The short anime, titled "Cogimyun", aired between July 30th, 2017, and June 10th, 2020. It had 2 seasons and a total of 34 episodes, which can now be watched on the Cogimyun Official YouTube Channel.[6] The series centers on Cogimyun taking care of the Cogimu Apartment Complex while her grandfather is away.[7]

- In 2019, the Sanrio Boys franchise added a new character called Yasuhiro Koga who is a fan of Cogimyun.[8]
- Cogimyun covers various J-Pop songs on the Cogimyun Official YouTube Channel.
- Cogimyun is featured in the multimedia Sanrio project Fragaria Memories. In this project, she is the ruler of the Cogimyun Kingdom, as well as the lord of the Fragaria Myunna.
