Big Challenges (ビッグチャレンジ, Biggu Charenji) is a crocodilian character from Sanrio. He's simply described as a unique alligator with a goofy face who always seems to be smiling. Despite being created in 1978, he would not appear on any Sanrio product in any form until Hello Kitty Island Adventure, 45 years later.

He appears in Hello Kitty Island Adventure as a visitor character. His in-game description says:
“Big Challenges mysteriously disappeared years ago, waiting to be discovered by a wandering adventurer. Not much is known about this elusive gator.”
