Ikkuchan (いっくちゃん, Ikkuchan) is a human girl character from Sanrio who wears a kimono. Her Japanese name is a reference to an 一句 (いっく, ikku); one haiku poem in this context (the word is also a combination of いつ, く ("one verse"), and is combined with the honorific -chan.
Ikkuchan always makes sure to have a paper and brush with her, so that she can write down what she's feeling in her heart in the form of haikus.

- There's a possibility Ikku-Chan is based on the famed Japanese poet Kobayashi Issa, who has wrote over 20,000 different Haiku.
