Plot[]
Kuromi dreams about having the best and scariest haunted house ever. She then excitedly wakes up and goes to her shed to get her haunted house decorations, only to find out in horror that it's completely empty, causing Kuromi to faint.
Later, Hello Kitty and Pompompurin wake Kuromi up. My Melody and Keroppi then walk in, with My Melody singing a happy birthday song. Kuromi interrupts her by yelling out asking where her decorations are. Pompompurin then asks if the decorations weren't edible by any chance. Kuromi then starts theorizing what could've happened to them. Keroppi asks if she looked under her bed. Kuromi then finds a way to not ruin her Halloween experience. Kitty then tells Kuromi that everyone loves Kuromi's haunted house and that no one would steal the decorations. Kuromi ignores her and starts her solution by ordering lots of springs. Kitty then says the best birthday gift they can give Kuromi is a super surprise haunted house. Keroppi asks her how they're gonna do that. Kitty then organizes the plan to everyone. My Melody and Pompompurin are in charge of costumes, Badtz-Maru is in charge of pranks, effects, and illusions, Keroppi has to distract and keep Kuromi happy, and Kitty will build the haunted house until everyone gets back.
Time passes to after they get done building, where Keroppi is bringing Kuromi in a wagon to the haunted house. Pompompurin as a ghost walks out of the house and pulls Kuromi's wagon inside and throughout the house. Some prop ghosts jump out, as well as Keroppi dressed as a clown. They then head to a coffin where Badtz-maru as a vampire rises up from it. They head further into the house until Kitty as a mummy jumps out in front of them. They head to the last part of the house, where My Melody as a witch is stirring some liquid in a pool, where Pochi then jumps out behind a magnifying glass.
The haunted house is done and they're all outside. Badtz-maru asks Kuromi what she thought. Kuromi says it wasn't bad for beginners, and says she'll let the, rest before they set up the springs and lasers she ordered. Right after she says that, the trucks with the springs and lasers arrive. Kuromi then says the night is young and exclaims "Happy Halloween!"
