Hitchi & Hotchi are Sanrio characters that debuted sometime between 1993 to 1995, appearing in the Japanese educational children's video series called "Ai Ai Kids Video" (あいあいきっずビデオ). The live action segments were filmed at Sanrio Puroland, where the duo appeared along with other characters. They also appeared on goods that were made to promote the video series.
Hitchi (ほっちい) is a kind girl dog who likes flowers. Hotchi (ひっちい) is a lively and energetic boy dog who is very friendly.
