The Jewel Notebook (ジュエル手帳, jueru techō) is an item from the Jewelpet franchise, debuting in Jewelpet. It is a magical book that is used to learn more about the Jewelpets and their powers, as well as transforming Jewelpets from their Jewel Charm form into their normal form.
It was given to Rinko Kougyoku by Keigo Tatewaki to help her with her search in aquiring the missing Jewel Charms. Later, the pocketbook is upgraded by Raku Majo with the ability to detect when Diana uses her dark magic.
Diana also possesses the black Jewel Notebook, which is smaller with a black design and an upside down diamond heart, with the inside resembling a paw print.

Minami finds what Jewelpet the Ruby charm belongs to.
After the Jewel Charms end up in the human world, Keigo Tatewaki is tasked by the Prime Minister to search for the human with the Ruby Jewel Charm. After his encounter with Rinko, the human he was looking for, he then explains to her everything she needs to know about Jewel Land and the Jewelpets, and gives the Jewel Notebook to her. While looking through the book, Rinko's friend Minami finds out which Jewelpet belongs to the Ruby Jewel Charm as well as her Jewel Power, being the Jewelpet of Courage.
Rinko then uses the Notebook whenever a new Jewel Charm appears to transform the other charms back into Jewelpets, also stopping the Phantom Herb Thieves attempts to steal the charms.
Later, when visiting Jewel Land and finding out about Diana's dark magic, Raku Majo upgrades the Notebook to now have the power to detect whenever Diana's dark magic is being cast or when it's being used, allowing for Rinko and friends to locate Diana.

Dark Magic Detection[]
Following her visit to Jewel Land for the first time, Rinko's Notebook is upgraded by Raku Majo's magic, despite looking the same as before, it now has the additional power to detect dark magic used by Diana and those affected by it[1]. It can even detect when Diana is about to use her dark magic as soon as she begins the chant[2].
When the Notebook detects dark magic, the heart-shaped diamond on its cover begins emitting light and it makes a twinkling sound.

- Following its upgrade to detect Diana's dark magic, there is a new animation for whenever the book is used to transform Jewel Charms, showing the book opening and the button combination used for the spell.
