Laughing Woman is a character from Sanrio. She is known for laughing with a beaming smile that brightens people's day, but she is very mysterious. She is sometimes shown flying with a wand.
She has many friends such as Kapakichi (カパ吉) who is likely a Kappa and Saruzo (猿蔵/さるぞう) whose name translates to monkey elephant.
