Nekototto (ネコトット), often stylized as "NEKOTOTTO?", is a Sanrio character who debuted in 1984. They're a white cat who likes eating fish. "Kono osakana, dare no desu ka? tabete mo ii desu ka? Dō shiyou, tabechaimasu yo...", often seen on their merchandise, roughly translates to "Whose fish is this? Can I eat it? What should I do, I'll eat it..."
