Nyokki & Penne (ニョッキ＆ペンネ, Nyokki & Pen'ne) are a pair of Sanrio characters who are cats. They are owned by a chef who works in an Italian restaurant. They both dream of exploring the world. Their favorite food is anchovy pasta.
Nyokki is the older brother and is clumsy and always up to mischief. He likes to go at his own pace. He is named after gnocchi, little Italian dumplings.
Penne is sociable and smart. She likes walking and has a good sense of direction. She can be a bit proud towards Nyokki. She is named after penne, a type of pasta.

In the 2013 ranking, if they reached 25th place or higher, an Italian fair would appear in Puroland! However they failed to reach that rank.
