Poony Pop (ブーニーポップ), also known as Poony, is a boy bear Sanrio character who debuted in the 1980s, possibly 1985. Poony Pop toys, apparel, and stationary goods were produced.
Poony is an anthropomorphic bear with white fur, a red nose, and brown inner ears, usually shown wearing a blue shirt. He is often depicted alongside two friends, a cat and a rabbit, going off on adventures.
