The Adventures of Hello Kitty and Friends (Traditional Chinese: Hello Kitty 愛漫遊 "The Hello Kitty Show" ) is a 3D CGI-animated series featuring Hello Kitty and other characters from the Japanese company Sanrio. It was produced from 2008 onwards by Sanrio Digital and the Hong Kong-based Dream Cortex, while being distributed by Sanrio Digital. It consists of 52 episodes and deals with themes of happiness, family and friendship.

This was the first Hello Kitty series to use CGI-Animation, being the only one to do so until the release of Hello KItty Super Style.

Some trailers and preview videos were seen on the now defunct SanrioTown to promote the release of said series.

Around 2018, Sanrio Digital started uploading clips of the episodes to YouTube.

Overview[]

The series focuses on core values established more than 30 years ago by Sanrio such as: happiness, family values, friendship, and learning lessons on various things like how to share, to even the importance on trees along with a lesson taught through a fable about how honesty goes a long way.

  • The series offers an entertaining way for children to learn about social interaction and behavior while following the adventures of Hello Kitty and her friends.
  • The series has a mix of adventurous and realistic episodes which range from solving mysteries and becoming superheroes, to having a hard test at school.
  • Unlike other Hello Kitty shows, the characters actually sound like children and the characters act like their age.
