Tracy is a brown boy raccoon character from the Japanese company Sanrio. Tracy wears green overalls and an orange t-shirt underneath. He makes Kitty laugh. Tracy likes playing on slides and jungle gyms and can do cartwheels. He is barefoot, and his favorite food is chocolate. He doesn't like bell peppers or carrots. His father has a computer and also draws, and he showed the White twins how to draw with a computer.

When the dreams combine into a hodge-podge, Tracy blocks Mimmy's vista of the river with his cake, much to her ire. He is later seen in the physical world complaining about his cake being eaten.
