Umeya Zakkaten (ウメ屋雑貨店, Ume-ya Zakka-ten) is a female human character from Sanrio who owns a general store.
Ume loves talking to her visitors (in many cases, elementary school kids) and sometimes helps them with their problems. She is always seen at the store with her cat, Tora.
Along with running a small variety store, she can also be seen being busy with children and with her tea-drinking friends.
